What You Can Expect

Our Process

Step 1

Introductory Call

After you've selected your package, we'll schedule a call to say "Hello" and get an overview of what you want to capture in your video. This helps us cater our questions specifically to you and make sure we touch on all the special memories you want to include.

Step 2

Discovery Call

During the discovery call, things really start to take shape. We'll go through your specific timeline and questions, establish the main content themes and time periods, then prepare specific questions for your video shoot. You'll receive everything in writing so you can prepare at your own pace.

Step 3

Shoot Day!

Finally the day you've been waiting for! By this point all preparations have been completed and all we have to do is sit down together and capture your story. Our team will be there to guide and support you throughout.

All Done!

Your Story, Forever

After the shoot day we'll immediately start working on editing your video. All that's left for you to do is wait for your finished video to arrive - to enjoy and share as you wish.
